Red Crab Alimango House: A Seafood Haven in the Heart of Makati

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Red Crab Alimango House in Glorietta 4 Makati with my colleagues from Fortune Prime Global, both from our Makati office and our Australian branch. I have to say, it was an incredible experience.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We were seated quickly and presented with menus that offered an impressive array of seafood dishes, from crab to prawns, to squid and more.

Our group decided to start with the Red Crab's famous crab cakes, which were the perfect appetizer. The cakes were bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. For our mains, we ordered a variety of dishes, including the house specialty, the Singaporean Chili Crab, which was truly outstanding. The crab was fresh and succulent, and the sauce was a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory.

We also tried the garlic prawns, which were cooked to perfection, and the grilled squid, which was a crowd favorite. The squid was tender and had a smoky, grilled flavor that was simply delicious. Our meal was accompanied by a variety of sides, including steamed rice, sautéed vegetables, and the Red Crab's signature garlic noodles, which were a standout dish in themselves.

The restaurant also had an impressive selection of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine. We opted for a bottle of red wine that complemented our meal perfectly. To top it all off, we enjoyed the restaurant's excellent service and warm atmosphere, which made our evening truly unforgettable.
